- Content concerns — to report a letter that targets a real person or breaks the house rules.
- Anything else — a kind word, an idea, a correction. All of it is welcome.
Response times
We aim to reply within a few days. Privacy and data requests are handled within the time the law allows. Please include enough detail (and, for account matters, the email you signed up with) so we can help without a dozen back-and-forths.
